Returns Policy:

 

At Binghams Menswear we strive for excellence in customer service. We want you to be confident about purchasing from Binghamsmenswear.com and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  This returns policy will give you a chance to try on your new purchase and, if it’s not the right size (we are happy to assist with sizing or colour queries prior to you ordering) or if you’re just not happy with the item, please feel free to return it.  

Here’s how it works:

1.   If you would like to cancel your order you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the order at info@binghamsmenswear.com The goods must be returned to us within 28 days of delivery of the order.  To enable us to process your cancellation quickly and efficiently, please provide us with the following information:

  • Ø  Order number;
  • Ø  Your name and address;
  • Ø  Details of the product(s);  and
  • Ø  The reason for the cancellation/return (this will help us to improve our customer service). 

2.    Please be sure to include as much of the original packaging as possible;

3.    Post the item to us and please ensure that you obtain a certificate of posting as you remain responsible for the item/s until they reach us.

Once we have received your returned item your refund or replacement will be processed within 30 days and, if the item is faulty, we will refund you the postage too.

 

If you notify us of your intention to cancel after the 7-day statutory cooling-off period, goods returned to us without such notification can only be exchanged for goods or gift vouchers.
